a mixed experience with some letdowns

outdated roomelevator outage

I stayed for three nights and wasn't thrilled. the room was quite outdated, with some visible wear and tear. the breakfast was also a letdown. The limited selection didn't cater well to different dietary needs. plus, the elevator was out of service during my entire stay.

i enjoyed the apples at reception a lot i had a great room too the hotel location is pretty good i could walk around the city i thought this was very handy. the room was clean when i arrived it was also a good size it had everything i needed for my stay.

the staff could have been friendlier it did not ruin my trip though i think staff should always be attentive to the needs of the visitors the dining area looked awesome too.

the staff offered pleasant service making me feel welcome throughout my visit. they were happy to help with any questions i had about the area. the reception was always staffed offering assistance around the clock.
